Arsenal are expected to be busy in the transfer market this summer, with Arsene Wenger having been linked with a number of players, including Lyon central midfielder Clement Grenier. The 23 year-old is a versatile performer who is able to play both attacking and defensive roles, having matured as a player since graduating from the youth system at the former Ligue 1 champions. Grenier has been cruelly denied a place at the World Cup finals due to injury, but this could be a bonus for Wenger as it means that his man is more likely to be available at a reasonable price from a club who need to continue to sell their finest players.
