Newcastle United are heading the chase to sign Montpellier’s talented playmaker Remy Cabella, but the Magpies will have to meet the Ligue 1 side’s asking price before Cabella is allowed to head to Tyneside. Corsican born Cabella has emerged as the star man at Montpellier and is approaching 100 Ligue 1 appearances for the side, most of which have showcased his passing range and ability to find space in tight midfields. Newcastle have had success with Ligue 1 stars such as Yohan Cabaye in the past and could end up with another gem in Cabella.
