Vidal has strongly been linked with an exit from Turin this summer, with the Premier League duo amongst the clubs leading the pack.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, they will have until July 31 to make their move as the Bianconeri want to move forward with their pre-season tour and prepare for the new season with or without their star men.
It is reported that the Serie A champions are still adamant that neither will be sold this summer, but much will depend on the level of the offers that they receive.
The Gunners were previously reported to have agreed a fee with Juve, but that was later dismissed as Real Madrid entered the race to sign the Chilean international.
It remains to be seen whether or not Rafa Benitez will also be alerted by the supposed deadline, but the transfer saga surrounding Vidal may well be coming to a close in the coming weeks.
