The Serie A side are looking to shake up their squad and it means that the Premier League trio could sign the 22-year-old for what looks to be a cut-price fee.
El Shaarawy’s agent and brother, Manuel, has previously said it would cost a ‘sensational’ fee to sign his client, but clearly that is no longer how Milan view their attacker.
The Italy international broke through at the San Siro aged 18-years-old in 2011 having previously impressed at Genoa and being signed from them for around £7m.
The forward’s progress was rapid and a year later El Shaarawy earned his first of what currently stands at 11 caps for Italy, whilst to date the Italian has played 95 times for Milan and scored 25 goals.
Generally the former Genoa man operates from the left flank, but can also play on the right and behind the striker and was viewed as one of the best youngsters in world football not too long ago.
