Arsenal reportedly sent scouts to watch Juventus and Italy U21 starlet Daniele Rugani in action in a qualifier on Tuesday night.
The Juve centre-back started in the 1-0 win over Slovenia at the Mapei Stadium, and Tuttomercatoweb have claimed that scouts were in attendance to watch him.

Both Arsenal and Man United sent their staff to take a closer look at the talented youngster, with the Gunners previously linked with making an offer to the Bianconeri earlier this summer.
Rugani starred during a loan spell at Empoli last season, which in turn ensured that he received a recall from his parent club this year.
However, he has yet to feature for Massimiliano Allegri’s side, and that is unlikely to change barring a crisis given that the likes of Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini stand in his way of making the first team.
Nevertheless, while the Turin giants have no intention of selling a player they regard as a crucial part of their future, they may well consider sending him out on loan again to continue to gain playing time and experience.
