Fiorentina star focussed on Serie A finale.
The agent of Arsenal and Tottenham target Borja Valero has refused to rule out a summer move for the midfielder but says his client is focussed on finishing the season strongly with Fiorentina.
Valero, 28, has been linked with moves to the north London duo after a fine season in the Serie A.
The Spaniard has scored once in 36 league appearances for the Viola but laid on ten assists from a deep-lying midfield role.
The Gunners are rumoured to have a £70m transfer kitty this summer, and are in need of a new enforcer after Abou Diaby’s latest injury blow.
Spurs, meanwhile, could sell veteran Scott Parker this summer, while Sandro has been out of action since January with cruciate ligament damage.
Valero’s representative, Alejandro Camano, has been tight-lipped over his client’s future.
“I think after a season like the one Borja Valero has had it is pleasing for everyone. Now, however, the priority is the championship race,” Camano told Talksport.
“There is still one match left with Fiorentina just two points behind AC Milan. Maximum concentration must be on the last match.
“I think now it is premature to talk about it (Valero’s future). Situations change quickly in the market. Now we need this season finale and then we’ll see.”
