Hoops forward dreaming of Emirates Stadium switch.
QPR striker Loic Remy has his heart set on a summer move to Arsenal, according to the Daily Mirror.
The Frenchman joined the R’s from Rennes in an £8m January switch but his five goals in 12 matches were not enough to keep the west London outfit in the Premier League.
Remy is one of the few Hoops players whose reputation has been enhanced by his stint at Loftus Road this season and a host of clubs including Arsenal, Tottenhan, Liverpool, Everton and Newcastle are interested in the France international.
But the 26-year-old has reportedly told friends that he wants to move to the Emirates Stadium this summer.
Boss Arsene Wenger is in the market for a new forward this summer, having failed to properly replace Robin van Persie who joined Manchester United in August 2012.
Summer arrival Olivier Giroud has bagged 19 goals this season but the Gunners have lacked a cutting edge in the absence of the former Montpellier front man.
Wenger has previously compared his compatriot Remy to Gunners legend Thierry Henry.
