The 34-year-old has fallen out of favour in the Gunners’ starting lineup this season and now looks likely to make way in the winter as Arsene Wenger plans even more signings in central midfield.
Rosicky has been unable to get into the team even in the absence of Mikel Arteta, Jack Wilshere and Aaron Ramsey through injury, suggesting that his days at the Emirates Stadium are numbered.
Olympiakos are now keen to snap him up, putting an end to his long stay at Arsenal, whom he joined from Borussia Dortmund back in 2006.
