Arsene Wenger has ruled out signing a striker this January, essentially putting an end to the speculation that PSG star Edinson Cavani could be on his way to the Emirates, according to Caught Offside.

The Gunners have been heavily linked with a £62m move for the Uruguayan, but the French manager is reportedly content with the attacking options he has.
“We have many options when you think of the players who still have not played (against Hull), we have many solutions up front,” he said.
“It is a very important period now. We have had many injuries until now and hopefully everybody will be back.”
Theo Walcott has recently returned to bolster the numbers, and with Olivier Giroud, Danny Welbeck, and Alexis Sanchez all able to play up front, a new striker is certainly not a priority.
