The Chelsea shot-stopper has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates after dropping behind Thibaut Courtois in the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho is desperate to keep hold of the Czech Republic international and has publicly voiced his concerns over allowing Cech to join Arsenal.
Lollichon hinted French radio station RMC that the 33-year-old is keen on remaining in London and that joining the Gunners was a very real option.
“I think [Cech] still has three or four excellent seasons in him,” Lollichon is quoted as saying by The Mirror.
“His family like England. And a player is happy when his family is happy.
“He wants to stay in England, but I don’t know where are the discussions. The Premier League is his primary objective. But it will also depends on the conditions .
”The advantage is that Arsenal is a top club, with a philosophy that pleases him and that is at London. It is a base for consideration.”
Mourinho last week admitted he would attempt to block a move to Arsenal, but said the final decision would be left to club owner Roman Abramovich.
Cech has spent 11 seasons at Chelsea since joining the club in 2004, but only featured in 10 matches last term.
