Reports in the Daily Mirror explain that the all three Premier League clubs are keeping tabs on the youngster ahead of a potential January bid.
Palace manager Neil Warnock initially moved for Mings this summer, but was put off by the £2.5m asking price. His interest has now been matched by two more London based clubs, who are both targeting a move next year.
Arsenal are short on full-back options, with injury concerns surrounding Mathieu Debuchy, Kieran Gibbs and Nacho Monreal already this summer, and manager Arsene Wenger would jump at the chance to sing another exciting young talent.
His interest will no doubt be intensified by the fact that Mings is a product of the Southampton youth academy that also produced current Gunners Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Calum Chambers.
Off the field, Mings has gained a reputation for generous acts. On Christmas Day 2013 he spent the day feeding homeless people.
In addition, following Aaron Cresswell’s transfer to West Ham United, Mings was handed the number 3 shirt. Because of this, Mings offered to purchase new shirts for two fans who had bought shirts with his old number 15 printed on the back.
