The 15-year-old is one of the Hammers’ most highly rated young players at the moment, and his fine form for their youth teams has seen him dubbed the ‘next Rio Ferdinand’.
The east London club are hoping to persuade the teenage talent to sign a new contract at Upton Park, but both Arsenal and Chelsea could be ready to pounce if he decides to move.
Arsenal have a good record with developing young players and may make a tempting switch for the England Under-17s captain.
