According to The Metro, the Italian giants are now willing to sell Vidal, and Arsenal remain eager to buy.
Juventus is reported to have a replacement in mind for Vidal if he ultimately leaves for the Premier League, with the Chilean also linked with Liverpool and Manchester United in recent times.
The 28-year-old would make an ideal signing for Arsenal, as they are hoping to upgrade their midfield and take pressure off star forward Alexis Sanchez.
The Gunners have already made a major transaction with the signing of longtime Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech and will look to improve their scoring attack with the addition of Vidal.
The South American battler played a vital role for Juventus in their run to the UEFA Champions League Final, and he scored seven goals while laying on four assists for his team-mates.
The 28-year-old also helped lead Chile to the 2015 Copa America title while scoring three goals in six appearances.
