Gunners given green light to move for Italian striker.
Arsenal have been given the go ahead to sign Torino striker Alessio Cerci after the Serie A club confirmed that he will be sold to a team from overseas, according to the Metro.

Cerci has been strongly linked with a switch away from Torino for the majority of the summer, and reports this week surfaced suggesting that the Gunners are the front runners to snap him up.
And though they are yet to make a bid, Torino’s president, Urbano Cairo, confirmed to reporters that the 27-year-old would be making the move overseas very shortly.
“Cerci’s buyers are overseas,” he said.
The news comes after Cerci was excluded from Torino’s Europa League squad to take on RNK Split on Thursday evening.
The Italian international can play both up front and on the wing, where he scored 13 goals and picked up 12 assists last season.
