Henri Lansbury has rejected a contract offer from Arsenal, according to the Guardian, and is set to move to another Premier League club.
Blackburn Rovers and Swansea City are those expected to be amongst the bidders, and should Arsenal accept it would be yet another sale where the replacement is yet to be identified.
Lansbury shone intermittently during his loan spell at Norwich last season, and has certainly proved himself worthy of a chance in the Premier League.
The Englishman took full part in Members’ Day for Arsenal today, scoring a couple of fine goals in front of Arsene Wenger, who was refereeing the practice match.
Lansbury has just a year remaining on his contract at Emirates Stadium.
Should Arsenal take the money now or risk losing him on a free in a year’s time – as they are seemingly doing with Samir Nasri?
