Gunners will face competition from Juventus from Daryl Janmaat, who could extend his deal at Feyenoord.
The agent of Feyenoord right back Daryl Janmaat has invited the Dutch club to enter contract talks to ward off interest from the Gunners and clubs in Italy.
Janmaat, 24, has been linked with the Gunners since March, amid uncertainty over the future of 30-year-old Frenchman Bacary Sagna.
But Gunners boss Arsene Wenger will face competition from Scudetto winners Juventus for the full-back.
Karel Jansen, agent of the Dutch defender, believes the Netherlands international is settled in Rotterdam and would be open to extending his current deal beyond 2015.
Jansen told ElfVoetbal.nl: “I’ve heard rumours that he is being watched by Italian clubs, but there is nothing concrete.
“We are open to discussions with Feyenoord for a contract renewal, it would be a nice show of appreciation from the club. I will see if this contact occurs to decide whether or not to continue with Feyenoord.”
