LB – Leighton Baines, Everton and England
Despite the fact fellow countryman and Southampton left-back Luke Shaw got the place in the PFA Team of the Year in 2013/14, Baines is still undeniably the best player in the position.
The left side of defence has proven to be a difficult spot for most top sides this term, with Chelsea and Liverpool playing right-backs there and the Citizens’ duo failing to impress.
