The three-year Arsenal career of Germany striker Lukas Podolski will be officially over later today.
Podolski, who cost the Gunners £11m when he signed from Koln in August 2012, will put pen to paper on a contract with Turkish giants Galatasaray this afternoon.
The news was confirmed by Gala on Twitter.
The tweet read: “Germany number 10 Lukas Podolski will officially sign the contract at the Türk Telekom Arena today at 16:30 local time, 15:30 CET.”

Premier League fixtures CHANGED: Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool & Man Utd have opening-day games MOVED.
Podolski scored 19 Premier League goals in 60 appearances for Arsenal.
However, he fell out of favour last season and Arsene Wenger opted to loan him out to Inter Milan.
His time with Inter was far from successful, as he netted just once in 17 Serie A outings.
Podolski will be hopeful of winning titles with Gala, who have been champions of Turkey in three of the last four seasons.
