The Gunners are uncertain about handing Walcott a new contract at the moment as he would possibly eye a pay rise on his £100,000 per week deal, despite not really performing after a series of serious injuries in the last few years.
Liverpool could be ready to offer the England winger an escape route from the Emirates Stadium this summer, with Brendan Rodgers setting his sights on the 26-year-old as an ideal like-for-like replacement for Raheem Sterling.
Still, the Reds are also considering a move for Argentine youngster Dybala as they remain uncertain over paying such high wages to the 26-year-old as well.
Meanwhile, Sterling continues to be linked with big names like Chelsea and Manchester United after rejecting a new contract at Anfield.
