Gunners keen on Kalou.
Arsenal could land former Chelsea star Saloman Kalou for as little as £2.5m in January, according to The Daily Mail.
The Lille striker has a release-clause in his contract that allows him to depart on the cheap and the Ivorian has reportedly told his representatives to engineer a move back to the Premier League.
The Gunners are tracking Kalou and are considering a move for the Champions League winner as a cut-price back-up for striker Olivier Giroud.
Kalou rejected a move to Arsenal in January 2012 after refusing to take a £20,000 pay-cut on his £60,000-a-week deal at Stamford Bridge and joined the Ligue 1 outfit on a free six months later.
The 28-year-old has impressed in France, scoring 17 league goals in 38 matches for the club.
West Brom are also thought to be interested in Kalou.
