The Gunners are said to be lining up a bid to lure the 27-year-old to north London in an attempt to cure their problems in the middle of the park.
But reports in Italy are now claiming that Napoli boss Rafa Benitez is lining up his own move for Suarez in the coming weeks.
Benitez is willing to offload Gokhan Inler to make room for Suarez, although he much prefers Malaga’s Ignacio Camacho, valued at £15million.
However, Camacho has caught the eye of Inter boss Roberto Mancini, who now look to be in the driving seat for his services.
