Gunners are desperate to add more firepower to their attack at the Emirates next campaign.
Arsenal are hopeful of tying up a cut-price deal for Fiorentina front man Stevan Jovetic at the end of the season, says the Metro.
The highly-rated Montenego international, who Gunners head coach Arsene Wenger has been keeping close tabs on for some time now, has enjoyed yet another eye-catching campaign in front of goal for his Serie A club.
Jovetic, 23, has found the back of the net on 12 occasions in 29 top-flight appearances for Fiorentina, while in all competitions for La Viola the attacker has 12 goals to his name in 29 contests.
However, the north London giants had been concerned that his employers would demand in excess of £25 million to secure his services when the transfer window reopens for business on 1 June.
But it is now understood that Fiorentina will be seeking a fee of just £15m for Jovetic, whose contract at the Stadio Artemio Franchi runs until 30 June 2016.
