Senior figures at the Emirates Stadium are unhappy with the team’s performance as they lost 3-1 at home to AS Monaco this week, putting their Champions League hopes in major doubt for the season.
Although Arsenal won the FA Cup last season, Gunners chiefs are unhappy with the lack of progress this season, and are demanding investment in new players in the summer.
This should see Wenger given £50m to bring in new players to boost their chances of success next term.
