Arsenal have secured a summer transfer for Switzerland attacker Josip Drmic, reports the Metro.
The 21-year-old has excelled in the Bundesliga this term, scoring 16 goals in 24 starts for Nurnberg.
Respected football journalist Jan Aager Fjortfoft reckons the Gunners have already completed a deal to bring the talented striker to London next term, however. Former German international Lothar Matthaus claimed it on television, and Fjortoft was quick to back him up.
My #sky colleague Lothar Matthäus just said on Sky: -Drmic’s wife has been looking for an appartment in London. Drmic will be Arsenal-player

Drmic is exceptionally talented, and would provide the Gunners a forward with genuine dribbling ability. The youngster can beat a man, which current spearhead Olivier Giroud is not renowned for. While Giroud can hold up the ball, Drmic is quicker, and has the potential to develop into one of Europe’s deadliest strikers.
Many fans are disappointed with Giroud, who’s only scored in three of Arsenal’s last 12 matches. Most supporters want the club to invest in a proven world-class forward, although it appears the Gunners may have already secured a deal for the talented Drmic instead.
