Left back Nacho Monreal may not be the most impressive or highly regarded Arsenal player, but his return to action will take some of the pressure away from the club’s thin back line that has had to cover a number of positions in the absence of Monreal, Laurent Koscielny and Calum Chambers. The Spaniard’s ability to cover centre back, however shakily, is crucial.
