Arsenal rumours
The Welsh international was forced off during the Gunners’ 3-1 win against Hull last week after a bad challenge, which went unpunished by referee Lee Mason, left him with some heavy bruising on his leg.
Ramsey has played a pivotal role in helping Arsene Wenger’s side clock up a second placed finish for the first time in ten years, and he has proved to be used effectively on the right side of midfield, where he has managed to keep Theo Walcott out of the team.
He was replaced during the second half of the Hull game by fellow injury prone midfielder Jack Wilshere.
Wilshere was making his comeback from an ankle injury that had kept him out since Christmas, and will likely be deemed fit enough to start against the mid-table Swans.
