Virgil Van Dijk – Celtic
A player that is obviously playing well below his station at Celtic. The young defender could be the ideal candidate to learn from the likes of Koscelny and Mertesacker to become a vital player in Arsenal’s system as the years progress. He would be available for a substantially low fee and has plenty of room to develop into a seasoned Premier League performer.
