Arsenal have reportedly made an official £12.9m transfer offer for young Juventus centre-back Daniele Rugani.
The Metro claim that Juve has rejected the bid, but the same newspaper says that the Serie A champions are willing to sell the 20-year-old if the Gunners come back with a better financial package.

Arsenal’s original offer was apparently £10.8m up front, with £2.1m in bonus add-ons.
On the face of it, that sounds like a lot of money for a player who has yet to feature in a senior match for Juve.
However, Rugani has 38 league appearances for Empoli under his belt.
He has been capped seven times by Italy’s Under-21s, scoring twice for the Azzurrini.
