Cech is currently on the sidelines at Stamford Bridge as he provides back up to number one Thibaut Courtois, leading to some suggestions that the Czech Republic international would seek a transfer, with £7 million mentioned as a potential fee for the experienced goalkeeper.
Szczesny, meanwhile, was at fault for both goals in Arsenal’s 2-0 defeat at Southampton on New Year’s Day, leading to suggestions that the Polish international’s place in the Gunners’ first team could be under threat.
