Arsenal are now considering a bid for a different German player…
The Daily Star are reporting that the Gunners are planning a January bid for Cristoph Kramer.
Arsenal’s primary target is Sami Khedira, whose contract expires in the summer. The injury to Luka Modric has suddenly meant that Khedira is not available.
Kramer is midway through a two year loan spell at Borussia Monchengladbach, and parent club Bayer Leverkusen will know they have a fight on their hands to keep hold of the defensive midfielder.
