The Argentine striker has been in superb form in Serie A this season, and the Italian club now fear losing the 21-year-old to a bigger club this winter.
It is claimed that Palermo will try to tie him down to a new contract in the coming weeks to help prevent a January exit for the £30m-rated attacking prospect.
Dybala has been compared with the likes of Sergio Aguero and Cristiano Ronaldo and is high on Arsenal and Liverpool’s wish-list this winter, while Juventus, Inter Milan and Manchester United have also been mentioned as suitors.
