The long-serving Blues shot-stopper looks increasingly likely to be on his way out of Stamford Bridge at the end of this season, having fallen behind Thibaut Courtois in the pecking order.
Cech is still regarded as a top talent, however, and would command a starting place in most teams around Europe, sparking interest from big names such as Arsenal and Liverpool as they eye improvements in that department.
According to the Daily Mirror, PSG are also keen admirers of the 32-year-old Czech Republic international, and may now provide serious competition to the two Premier League giants.
Chelsea would surely rather sell a potentially world class player abroad than to an English rival, so this could give PSG the advantage in the race for Cech’s signature in the next transfer window.
