Shakhtar Donetsk manager Mircea Lucescu has revealed that reported Arsenal and Liverpool target Luiz Adriano could be available for as little as £5.5m.
The Brazilian forward’s contract with Shakhtar expires in January and the Ukrainian club are eager to sell this summer to avoid losing him on a free.
But Adriano has rejected the chance to make a lucrative switch to United Arab Emirates outfit Al-Ahli because he is holding out for a move to the Premier League.

And any of his suitors could be able to get him on the cheap.
“The lad did not accept the proposal from the United Arab Emirates, one that was very advantageous for us,” Lucescu told Calciomercato.com.
“It’s a pity, as we want to sell him now and cannot afford to lose him on a free transfer in January. The offer from Al-Ahli was for €8m (£5.5m).”
The 28-year-old scored nine goals in last season’s Champions League – fewer than only Neymar, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
