Arsenal transfer news
The 26-year-old has been in top form for the Hammers of late and has been linked with bigger clubs as he nears the end of his current deal at Upton Park.
Arsenal appear to be his main suitors for the moment, but United have also shown an interest in his services in the past, with both clubs looking to strengthen at the back this winter.
Arsenal are now weighing up their options but could bid for the New Zealand international for this bargain price, with West Ham previously valuing him at closer to £15m.
