Tomas Rosicky is the latest Arsenal star to be considering leaving the Emirates, amid interest from Bundesliga side Wolfsburg.
According to German newspaper Bild, the Czech international could be set to jump ship after his agent was spotted in Wolfsburg.
Rosicky has been plagued with injuries since joining the Gunners from Borussia Dortmund in 2006 and he is reportedly seeking a fresh start elsewhere.
Arsene Wenger would be loath to lose any more of his current squad, and it’s hard to envisage him sanctioning the departure of Rosicky, especially in the wake of the departures of Samir Nasri and Cesc Fabregas.
The 30-year-old could play an important role for Arsenal this season, and although he won’t be an automatic starter, Wenger is relying on his experience to aid the development of Aaron Ramsey.
Rosicky came on as a substitute during the Gunners 2-1 win in Udinese on Wednesday night, and is expected to take a central role against Manchester United this weekend in the absence of Jack Wilshere, Abou Diaby, Alex Song and Emmanuel Frimpong.
