Joel Campbell angry at Wenger for not allowing him to leave

The agent of the 22-year-old has revealed that Benfica made a late move for Campbell, but it was blocked by the manager.

This has left the Costa Rica international frustrated as he is not getting the opportunities he desires at the Emirates Stadium and wished he could have left.

“Wenger says he did not want to sell him. But if he is not in his plans, then why not allow him to leave?” Campbell’s representative Joaquin Batica was quoted by the Mirror.
