Wenger warning for Tottenham
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has warned rivals Tottenham Hotspur that they will struggle to keep up with them unless they move to a new stadium, according to the Daily Express.
Spurs are keen to emulate the Gunners and upgrade to a new ground, and Wenger has hinted that it would be essential for them if they hope to compete on the same level as their neighbours.
“If you look at the history of all the English clubs who have built a new stadium and look at where they have finished, then it tells you how difficult it is,” the Frenchman said.
