Will Mario Balotelli return to the Premier League this summer…?

AC Milan’s enigmatic Italian forward Mario Balotelli is apparently unhappy with the treatment he receives in his homeland, and is ready to move back to the Premier League as a result.

English giants Arsenal and Liverpool are both interested in the maverick 23-year-old, reports the Daily Mail, and could compete for his signature this summer.
Balotelli’s talent has never been questioned, and after leaving Manchester City in January 2013, he started to prove it – scoring 12 goals in 13 appearances following the move to the San Siro during his first six months.
This term though, like his side, Balotelli has struggled, but has still notched a respectable 18 goals in all competitions.
He prides himself on his powerful shooting from either foot, and his ability to create something out of nothing.
A transfer to Arsenal perhaps seems more plausible though, as the Gunners badly need a new striker. Liverpool on the other hand, have the Premier League’s two top goalscorers, Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturidge, at their disposal.
