Key duo hand Gunners major blows despite Foxes win.
Arsenal have been dealt a hefty double injury blow as both Alexis Sanchez and Aaron Ramsey were forced off during the side’s 2-1 victory over Leicester City on Tuesday night, the Daily Mail reports.

Sanchez was only just making his return from a hamstring injury, but sustained a knock to the knee in a tackle with Foxes defender Matthew Upson and had to be replaced by Olivier Giroud midway through the second half.
The Chilean was then spotted icing the knee on the bench after he’d been removed.
However, Ramsey didn’t even make it ten minutes into the second half, as he fell to his third hamstring injury of the season and had to be replaced by Mathieu Flamini.
“I cannot say it is not a worry,” said Gunners boss Arsene Wenger in a post-match interview.
“It is not good news.”
