CAM: Mesut Ozil – 5
Tidy-ish, but his performance was littered with some questionable passing that you’d not normally expect from the German.
Though he more than made up for it with a quite incredulous pass to Aaron Ramsey in the second half that almost defied belief.
LW: Alexis Sanchez – 6
If a goal was going to come it was always going to be from the Duracell bunny himself but alas it did not and Sanchez looked the most frustrated of the Arsenal XI come the full-time whistle.
ST: Olivier Giroud – 5
Five games without a goal – or even an assist – now for the Frenchman who will be slightly concerned by his predicament. As with the rest of the Arsenal side, Giroud was at times sharp and to the point whilst at others your forgot he was even playing.
Was replaced by Walcott with 70 mins to go.
