- 01 Wojciech Szczesny – 6
Kept a clean sheet, but in truth, didn’t have an awful lot to do.
- 03 Bacary Sagna – 6
Shaky, to be fair, and struggled to deal with the overlapping runs of Danny Rose. Did play his part in his side’s clean sheet however.
- 28 Kieran Gibbs – 6
Was visibly not 100% fit, and struggled to get forward up the left as often as he would have liked. Solid at the back though.
- 04 Per Mertesacker – 7
Another imperious aerial performance from the towering German, showing everyone why he’s just had his contract at the Emirates extended. Enjoyed his battle with Adebayor especially.
- 06 Laurent Koscielny – 6
Not as noticeable as his partner at the back, but didn’t make any defensive mistakes, and passed the ball simply into midfield as instructed.
