With so little being contributed by Liverpool to the game the Frenchman didn’t have much defensive work to do. Will be more appreciated when the Londoners face Chelsea later in the season.

Seems to be becoming more used to this deeper role, and was involved in much of the Gunners’ forward play.
CAM) Mesut Ozil, 8
An amazing free kick, and looked like the £40m+ he is. If the World Cup winner continues like this then Arsene Wenger will have little to worry about.
RAM) Aaron Ramsey, 7
Out of position on the right, but still put in his usual all action display.
LAM) Alexis Sanchez, 8
Great goal, and looked back to his old self after a month or so seemingly fatigued.
