Cech has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates after dropping behind Thibaut Courtois in the pecking order at the Blues last term.
Rosicky spoke out about Cech’s future ahead of the Czech Republic’s EURO 2016 qualifier against Iceland on Friday.
“I know about some things from both sides but I will not interfere,” Rosicky is quoted as saying by The Guardian.
“It could even turn against me. Both sides know what they are doing. Arsenal is a top world team. Players want to be transferred there [Arsenal], that is nothing new, it is a fantastic club.”
It appears Rosicky is hinting that Cech wants a move to the Gunners, but Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is believed to be desperate to hold onto the 33-year-old.
Cech is clearly unhappy with his current status as number two goalkeeper at Stamford Bridge, and is said to be holding talks with club management next week in regards to his future.
The former Rennes shot-stopper admitted he is keeping his options open, but said leaving London would provide “difficulties” for his family.
“First I have to agree with the club what the conditions would be for leaving,” Cech is quoted as saying by The Guardian.
“Next week we will have a meeting with Chelsea. At the moment it is with my agent. When it is clearer and all the cards are on the table, we will decide. I believe that for what I have done for the club and what the club has done for me, we can arrange it so we are all happy.
“I keep all options open, regardless of the country. I will decide based on what is best for me and my family. It does not matter whether it is England, Germany, France or Spain. If I move, it brings difficulties. It must change everything, looking for housing, a school for children and so on. Therefore, the sooner I know what to do the better. I can plan everything and even rest before the new season.”
