Arsene Wenger is keen to bolster his squad ahead of the 2015/16 season and the versatile Milner could help Arsenal challenge for the Premier League title.
Milner has made just 16 starts in City’s disappointing title defence and is believed to be in the search for more first-team action next season.
There’s no doubt that Wenger will face stiff competition for the former Aston Villa midfielder’s signature, with Brendan Rodgers reportedly keen to add Milner to his ranks at Anfield.
