Arsenal will want to finish the year on a high with a victory over West Ham when they visit the Boleyn Ground this weekend.
The Gunners are just one point behind the Hammers following their 2-1 win over QPR after the East Londoners lost 2-0 at Stamford Bridge earlier on Boxing day.
