Though Walcott’s playing time has been decreased in the last few years – thirteen appearances due to an ACL rupture in 2013-14 and fourteen appearances in 2014-15 – he is still a consistent scoring threat, putting up five league goals in each of those seasons after setting a career-high with 14 league goals back in 2012-13.
The Arsenal star got his big break with Southampton in the Championship League, but signed with Arsenal in January 2006 for a £5 million transfer fee. Walcott easily gave Gooners boss Arsene Wenger his money back, scoring over 75 total goals for the club over the next 10 seasons.
