Cech has been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal, and it seems Blues boss Jose Mourinho is doing all he can to hold onto the Czech Republic international.
According to The Mirror, Mourinho will only allow the long-serving shot-stopper to swap Stamford Bridge for the Emirates if the England international goes in the other direction.
The report suggests that the Gunners have rejected Chelsea’s somewhat audacious bid and are keen to sign Cech on a straight £10m bid.
Chelsea are believed to be happy to allow Cech to leave the club due to his long service at Stamford Bridge, however the Blues are not keen to allow him to join one of its closest Premier League rivals.
The Mirror reports that Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain are readying a £150k-a-week deal for Cech, but the player has hinted he wants to remain in London.
