French centre half suffered a ‘deep laceration’ against Manchester City.
Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny suffered a ‘deep laceration’ against Manchester City, according to the North London club.
The defender was replaced by Thomas Vermaelen in the first half after being injured whilst trying to prevent Alvaro Negredo scoring the second goal.
Many Arsenal fans feared the Frenchman would be ruled out for a lengthy period but it appears it is just a cut, which should mean Koscielny can return for the hectic Christmas period.
