The Gunners look set to land Balotelli and Remy.
A busy summer of transfer business looks set to begin for Arsenal as they secure strike duo Mario Balotelli and Loic Remy from AC Milan and QPR respectively, according to CaughtOffside.
Balotelli has grown disillusioned at the San Siro since a January 2013 transfer from Manchester City and would welcome an exit from the Serie A giants.
The 23-year-old has previously stated that he would like a reunion with Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, with the duo working together at Inter Milan.
However, Milan are asking for £29m for the Italy international and currently the Gunners are the only side that have shown interest in meeting that price.
Remy meanwhile has been a long-term target for the North Londoners after the Frenchman impressed whilst on-loan with Newcastle United in 2013/14.
The 27-year-old scored 14 Premier League goals last term and Hoops boss Harry Redknapp has admitted that the striker is likely to be sold this summer, despite his side’s promotion from the Championship.
Tottenham Hotspur are also understood to be keen on Remy, but the France international is desperate to play Champions League football and that should give Arsene Wenger the edge in any bidding war.
The forward would fetch a price of around £13m and Wenger is prepared to shell out a substantial fee to bring in some competition for Olivier Giroud.
As a result Lukas Podolski is expected to be sold from the Emirates Stadium, whilst the inexperienced Yaya Sanogo will be sent out on-loan.
