Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has admitted that he would like to play club football outside of England in the future.
The 24-year-old Wales international, who has played for Cardiff and Nottingham Forest as well as the Gunners, was the subject of speculation linking him with a possible move to Barcelona in back in May.
It was reported in The Guardian that Barca, who cannot sign anyone until January, were willing to bid £50m for Ramsey.
Speaking to the same publication this week, Ramsey responded to the transfer talk.
“Obviously it’s very flattering,” he said. “They did the treble last year and it’s just really nice to be linked with one of the best clubs in the world.
“One day I would like to go over to Spain to play just to see what it’s like and to experience that. But at the moment I’m with Arsenal and I feel like this Arsenal team can go and be successful and challenge for things.”

Ramsey is under contract with Arsenal until June 2018, but it is unclear whether the Gunners will be able to keep hold of him that long.
The best way to keep Ramsey happy at the Emirates Stadium is to challenge for major honours, such as the Premier League and Champions League. In order to do that, Arsene Wenger must invest in new players to star alongside Ramsey.
